Winterizing

Improper winterization can cause significant damage to your RV. We offer a complete winterization of freshwater systems in the RV including sinks, hot water, showers, toilets, etc. Add $30 for dishwasher, washer, or icemaker.
Roof sweep, Inspection & Spot Seal
$149
Manufacturers recommend RV roofs be inspected regularly. If you have not done yours lately, we will clean debris from roof, inspect all seals, repair any minor issues and alert you to any more significant problems.
Pre-Tow Inspection
$99
After sitting on a site all season, your RV may not be safe to tow. Our pre-tow service will check for common problems before you hit the road home. Inspection of all trailer side mechanical safety systems including battery, axle, leaf springs, breaks and lights. We will also visually inspect and pressure up your trailer tires. If available, we will also test your vehicle side 7 pin connector.
Air Conditioner Service
$119 for 1 AC unit, $89 per additional AC
The high side of you AC unit, the part on the roof, should regularly be inspected to head off potential problems and keep your AC unit running smoothly. We will inspect for damage, check compressor for proper voltage & amperage, clean heat fins, check temperature drop across coil and clean all filters and the condensate run off system.
Slide Service
$89 for 1 Slide, $49 per additional slide
Your slides wiper seals are all that is between your camper and the elements, and without the mechanicals working you may end up stuck with open or closed slides. We will Clean and lube all seals and slide mechanisms. Inspect alignment, topers and seals.
Fresh Water System Service
$99 + $20 for Anode (if needed)
Funky smells or unpleasant tastes in your water? Odds are your lines and tanks need cleanings. We will inspect the system, sanitize everything, descale & flush a hot water tank, and check/replace your anode.
RV Wash n' Wax
$4.50 per foot (from front to rear)
Everyone likes a clean and shiny RV! We will clean black streaks, scrub with RV Wash n' Wax, then rinse the side walls, nose cap and rear. Add $2 per foot for a roof scrub. Extra dirty or ‘chaulky’ RV’s are subject to a $1.5 per foot surcharge.
